As lifelong fitness enthusiasts and workout junkies, we have both been curious too so we've been doing some research on RushFit and have given some of the routines a trial run and will let you in on what we've found out about the program, the men behind it all and will do our best to tell you everything you need to know, the good and the bad about thispopular program.

What Makes RushFit Unique

There has been a lot of discussion about the GSP RushFit program and whether or not there was a need for another intensive fitness program, so we created this post to answer some of those questions.  It's true there are other home fitness programs that can be purchased and if you've already been through one, you might question the need for another one.

Here's the difference:  Rushfit is more intense and harder than the other programs that we've seen.  RushFit has some new movements and sequences that are more challenging.  It's also based on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) which really helps to ramp up the energy and provides a nice framework.  For example, the workouts are broken down into 5 minute "rounds." so you get to experience some of the fighter stamina that is required to fight MMA.  

Georges St-Pierre lives this stuff everyday and so you get to train along with one of the best athletes in the world.  And he doesn't just cruise through the workouts like strolling down the sidewalk.  He is huffing and puffing right along with you.  It is definitely enouraging to see a top notch athlete struggling with the same routine that you are doing.  

No doubt about it, motivation is a key ingredient in getting the most out of yourself.  We've all seen it in the gym.  The guys that are just going through the motions, don't ever reach their full potential.  This program does a good job of showing you the ultimate in achievement.  We found it very inspiring.  Even if you're not a fan of MMA, you have to admire St-Pierre, the kid who was picked on in  school and became the pound for pound best fighter in the world.  So the answer to what sets this program apart is: this one has Georges St-Pierre.  No other program can say that.
